Please note that bookings are confirmed by cleared 50% deposit.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

 By booking an appointment with Ostele Hair you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Appointment Bookings & Payment
  • All appointments must be booked through our WhatsApp.
  • A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking. The deposit amountwill be deducted from the total service cost at the time of your appointment.
  • The full balance of the service is due on the day of your appointment.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • Cancellations: A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule yourappointment. Any cancellations made within 24-hours will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost.
  • No-Show Policy: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice willresult in forfeiting your 50% deposit.
  • If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24-hours in advanceto avoid loss of deposit.

3. Late Arrivals
  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it may needto be rescheduled, and a late fee may apply. If rescheduling is not possible, you will still loose your 50% deposit.
  • Please inform us in advance if you anticipate being late.

4. Deposits
  • A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking toreserve your spot. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.
  • Deposits are forfeited if you cancel with less than 24-hours’ notice or failto attend your appointment.
5. Hair Preparation & Client Responsibility
  • Clients are responsible for coming to their appointment with clean, drywig / bundles. If your wig / bundles is dirty or has excessive product buildup, there may be an additional charge for shampooing.
  • For sew-in extensions, please be advised that a deep wash & treat priorto your installation is required and will be provided for free.
6. Extension & Wig Materials
  • Clients are required to bring their own extensions and wigs. If you do nothave your own extensions, we can provide them for an additional fee well in advance of your appointment.
  • All non-Ostele wigs and extensions must be approved by your stylist interms of preparation, for wigs the knots have to be bleached & plucked for a perfect install and the wig must be clean.
7. Aftercare & Maintenance
  • We will provide detailed aftercare instructions for your extensions or wig.Proper care is essential to prolong the life of your style
  • Extensions and wigs require periodic maintenance or reinstallation. Werecommend scheduling a sew-in follow-up appointment after 3 weeks for a wash & restyle to extend the hairstyle.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
  • We strive to ensure you leave our salon happy with your new style. If you arenot satisfied with your service, please notify us within your appointment, and we will work with you to make necessary adjustments.
  • After 48 hours, any changes or corrections will incur additional charges.
9. Health & Safety
  • If you have allergies or scalp conditions, please inform your stylist before yourappointment.
  • If you are feeling unwell or showing symptoms of a contagious illness, pleasereschedule your appointment for the safety of our staff and other clients.
10. Photography & Social Media
  • We may take before-and-after photos of your service to showcase our work on socialmedia or for marketing purposes.
  • If you do not wish to be photographed or have your photo used online, please notify us before your appointment.
11. Pricing
  • Service prices are subject to change and may vary depending on the length, texture, orcomplexity of the service.
  • Any additional services (e.g., shampooing, trimming, product usage) will be discussed with you during WhatsApp consultation and added to the final invoice.
12. Liability
  •  Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions to maintain the health oftheir hair and extensions.
13. Privacy Policy
  • Your personal information is kept secure and confidential. We do not share yourinformation with third parties but only used as required for booking purposes only.
